RECEPTION AND CONCIERGE SERVICE

Our team takes care of you. The Reception, present at the reception can assist you in all your requests: transport, restaurant reservations, boarding passes, appointments with the hairdresser and others.

THE CAR

We can organize any transfer request to Courchevel or any other destination.
In an ecological and environmental concern in order to reduce the CO2 impact, we invite you to walk to the center of the resort (5 minutes) or to share a shuttle with other customers.
Courchevel also provides free shuttles to go to different points in Courchevel. The stop is in front of the hotel.
Practical information

THE VALET

Our valet service is available to pick up and park your vehicle in the covered car park. Paid service.
Our shuttle is at your disposal to drop you off in Courchevel between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m.

BAGGAGE

Our team will be happy to take care of it and keep your personal belongings in our secure premises.

SKI PASSES

For your comfort, you can buy them directly from our skishop.
Service subject to 20% hotel commission.

DOCTOR – DENTIST

The Snow Lodge does not have an assigned doctor but the Snow Lodge is at your disposal to contact the practitioner of your choice.

FLOWERS

The Reception can help you with your flower order. We know several florists who will be able to meet your needs for all occasions.

CHILD CARE

It is recommended to inform the Reception sufficiently in advance in order to serve you better.

The Reception is happy to suggest the following activities available in Courchevel and will be happy to book the following services for you:
Bowling – Cinema – Caterpillar driving – Torchlight descent – Ice climbing – Helicopter – Snowmobile – Paragliding – Hot air balloon – Ice rink – Dog sledding – Snowshoes and many more.

GOVERNESS

You can contact her for any request for additional blankets, pillows, linen, cots, travel kit, toothbrush.
We can provide you any housekeeping service you need. If you need additional towels, pillows or blanket, or if you need a crib, please let us know.

LAUNDRY, DRY CLEANING

Our housekeeper can take care of your laundry and dry cleaning.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for items left in your room. For any assistance, please contact reception.

THE SAFE

Each room is equipped with a safe for your comfort. However, the hotel declines all responsibility for objects and valuables left in the room.

YOUR DEPARTURE

Your apartment must be vacated before eleven o’clock. If you want to make the most of your day, the reception will keep your belongings. Late release of your apartment may result in additional invoicing. Our reservations team will be happy to help you organize your next stay.

Our rooms are all equipped with flat screens with a choice of international channels and access to a video playback system.

THE RELAXATION AREA

Located on level -1 and directly accessible by the elevator.
Towels and slippers are available at the entrance to the relaxation area.
The Snow Lodge offers you its relaxation area free of charge: swimming pool with counter-current swimming, hammam, sauna, fitness room equipped with cardio-training equipment.
Children must be accompanied and remain under the responsibility of an adult.
The hotel Le Snow Lodge declines all responsibility.

By appointment directly with our Concierge, we can respond to your requests for pampering massages, hair care, make-up, etc.

SKISHOP

Open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Located at the entrance of the hotel.
Our team will offer you the following services:
The rental of high quality ski equipment, snowshoes, shoes and sledges…
Sale of ski clothing and accessories.
Our skiman will also take care of the maintenance and repair of your equipment (waxing, sharpening).
